Our supports help people grow confidence, independence, communication, social skills, emotional regulation, problem‑solving, and community participation. All through doing, not sitting in a room talking about it.
Fishing teaches patience, planning, and emotional control. Camping builds resilience, teamwork, and independence. Music grows expression, confidence, and connection. Gym sessions strengthen the body and the mind. Table of Conversations builds communication, social confidence, and belonging.
We do the boring cookie cutter stuff on paper, but why limit ourselves to the minimum. Everything we do is experiential, meaningful, and grounded in the goals that matter to all of us.

Advocacy
At Hey Fam, advocacy isn’t paperwork. It’s protection.
We stand with NDIS participants, families, foster carers, and kids in care when systems get confusing, slow, or unfair.
With 15+ years inside OOHC and the disability support, we know where things get stuck and how to get movement. We don’t sit back. We challenge decisions, translate the jargon, and push for outcomes that actually change lives.
